A New Twist on the Reno Scam

I just came across this article from Forbes.  It's another great effort from John Wasik whom I've discussed before.  You can find the entire article here.

-Sam

---------------------------------------------

I recently received a series of emails from a reader describing one of the most convoluted and troubling stories I’ve heard in some time.

“My 82-year-old mother bought [Iraqi] Dinar about 6 years ago.  A friend of hers told her that their entire church had invested in the Dinar and it was going to make everyone a millionaire very soon.  She didn’t buy a lot of it, but spent about $6,000.  She even got me to put in $1,000.  I have it still sitting in my little safe.  Its fun to look at but I have set my expectations fairly low on this currency ever making me a millionaire. After the stock market took most of my investment in 2008, I decided hard work tended to yield better results with my investments!

A few days ago my brother contacted my mother and told her that he had gotten an inside scoop regarding exchanging the Dinar.  He said that he was told that the US government was currently converting the dinar at an exchange rate of $8.  I questioned this as it just didn’t seem to make sense.  I mean isn’t the government kind of broke right now?  He is not sure either, but says that he is being told this is a definite fact.  At first she was told that she had to fly to Reno, Nevada but that has since changed and now it is to a military base in Washington DC?  So close to the capital!   When I google Dinar Scams – Reno pops up so I am inclined to think that this is just a new location for an old scam.

I have told both my brother and my mother I think this is a scam.  That they will take her passport and her identity.  They will give her back fake Dinar that will look like the real one.  They will then re-sell her Dinar and make a few thousand. But the real bonus is having her identity as well!”

There are a number of fuzzy details that make this set-up even more bizarre, but it smelled fishier than a Maine trawler, so I told her to call law enforcement authorities. She then called the FBI and enrolled her mother in an identity protection service.

“When I spoke to the FBI, they were unaware of the Iraqi Dinar scam (it was kind of like calling in to some local hotline and not terribly helpful).  But the guy I talked to said that typically after the scammers have all the identity information, they fade out of the picture as far as making good on their promise. Right now, the good news is that she is not going to travel to DC as there has been no contract presented for the Dinar purchase.  And so far, no movement on her identity.  I’m just holding my breath….”

Just read your comments on the DinarDouchebags website… wow! Just WOW! You are either one strikingly idiotic individual or you have the rather simplistic intention of simply trolling… Either way, I am confident that you are not invested in the Dinar yourself!

    1. DB, obviously you believe dontlop rocks which is clear that you are an idiot. You know you are trolling, your only intention EVER of coming to Dinar Douchbags is to troll and prove you've earned a Douchebag bag at minimum. Perhaps you're upset that TONY TNT stole your award but perhaps Sam can make an exception this year and declare a tie between you and TONY. It is no secret you're HIGHLY upset because you realize that Santa Claus will NOT bring you an RV by next week to wake up to under the tree so save the milk and cookies. In fact you won't have one next xmas or the following just as the last 10 christmas' have come up short and dry on that aspect. However, I am very willing to gift you an Rx Pharmacy card to load up on some mental meds. ;-)

Now it's time for me to move onto more intelligent talk with some qualified individuals unlike yourself. You're simply seeking the attention you didn't receive as a child which is most likely clouding your view of the speculation when you're goon squad at DV use you for a shield and pawn. Not one of them is stupid, bold, nor unwise to come here and debate because what the heck, you're their pathetic gofer but you don't even see that!!!! But don't you worry because when you wake up from that bad RV nightmare you'll at least have plenty of camel crap scented pink tissue to wipe your tears as you drown in them. If anything, you'll at least a have sincere authentic 'WE TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!" from Dinar Douchebag in December 2013. ;-)

    2. Sam,,, I apologize for engaging in name calling when I just called DinarBeliever an IDIOT as I promised to not do again. I just caught it when I submitted the post. I guess it just comes nature when referencing certain people and goes unnoticed when writing.

I redact "idiot" out of respect to Sam and other good folk here.

  5. I reach a point when it just becomes a waste of time to talk to some dinarians. I have found it an incredibly difficult egg to crack. Some of them are so intransigient there is nothing that can be said to convince them it's a scam. Years of broken promises and failed predictions don't matter. Piles and piles of dinar don't matter. Thousands of dollars spent don't matter. The dinar is their religion and they're religious zealots. It's idolatry. They are disciples in the church of dinar. Data, math, logic and common sense doesn't work on these guys. Time is the only thing that will convince some of them they've been scammed. But, I suspect, most of them will go their grave believing the dinar is destined to massively revalue some day. So sad.

    1. Very true networth. If they end up doing a RD I bet most hard believers will make up some excuse to why it did and that our gov screwed them. Even though the CBI has been very clear on what they intend to do. People like Dinarbeliever are beyond help. Any sane person that had all that info thrown at him like you guys did would have seen the truth and would have seen this as a scam.

    4. networth rightfully stated,,, "The dinar is their religion and they're religious zealots. It's idolatry."

Ironic huh... considering many of the investors are Christians and many of these scams are being sold/pumped right in their churches. Doesn't the bible speak against "idolatry"?? Perhaps it's a test of those christian's beliefs and they are clearly failing. You see some of the Okie followers praising him as if he is a god and running back from church services on sundays just to see if god has answered their "pray it up" rv prayers. Pretty shallow if you ask me.

BTW, I'm not looking to start a religious debate because I don't engage in those as they can go sideways really fast and this forum is not about religion. Just had to make that clear for any idle trolls who may jump at the opportunity to turn this topic around from factual discussions.

BAGHDAD (AP) — A group of suicide bombers launched a brazen assault on a police station north of Baghdad, killing eight policemen, the deadliest in a string of attacks across Iraq that left at least 47 people dead on Monday, official said.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attacks, but insurgent groups, mainly al-Qaida and other Sunni militants, frequently target civilians in cafes and public areas, as well as members of the Iraqi security forces, in an attempt to undermine confidence in the Shiite-led government and stir up Iraq's already simmering sectarian tensions.Monday's bombings were the latest episode in a wave of violence that has roiled Iraq since a security crackdown in April on a protest camp in a northern Sunni town.

The attacks started with in the town of Beiji, a former insurgent stronghold 250 kilometers (155 miles) north of Baghdad, where a suicide bomber rammed his explosives-laden car into the main gate of the town police station.

That explosion paved the way for three other suicide bombers, who were on foot, to storm inside and blow themselves up in the building, a police officer said. Eight policemen, including an officer, were killed while five were wounded in the attack, he said.

Later in the morning, several bombings hit different parts of Baghdad and northern Iraq, police said.

The deadliest of the attacks in the Iraqi capital was in the southeastern Bayaa neighborhood, where a parked car bomb ripped through a parking lot, killing six civilians and wounding 12.

Another parked car bomb went off in the central Salhia neighborhood near the heavily fortified Green Zone where key government offices and foreign embassies are located. That attack killed five civilians and wounded 14.

Four civilians were killed and 11 were wounded when a parked car bomb exploded at an outdoor market in Baghdad's central Sadriyah neighborhood. A bomb went off near a bus station in the nearby al-Nahda area, killing three people and wounding seven. Another bomb in the eastern suburb of Hussainiyah killed one civilian and wounded seven.

And two other civilians were killed and seven wounded in a car bomb explosion in the southeastern suburb of Jisr Diyala.

Also, a car bomb exploded on Shiite pilgrims at night in the southern suburbs of Baghdad, killing five people and wounding 14 others, said police.

Also Monday, gunmen opened fire on a bus in Mosul that was carrying Shiite pilgrims traveling to the holy Shiite city of Karbala, killing 11 people, including four women, and wounding eight. Mosul is located about 360 kilometers (225 miles) northwest of Baghdad.

In the northern city of Tikrit, some 130 kilometers (80 miles) north of Baghdad, three suicide bombers set off their explosives belts in a bid to break into the building of the city council. Two civilians were killed in that attack and seven were wounded.

Medical officials confirmed the casualty figures. All officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to media.

Monday's bombings came a day after militant attacks killed at least 20 people in Iraq. At least 271 people have died in attacks across the country so far this month, according to an Associated Press count.

    2. On Sept. 14, 2013, the Iraqi parliament’s Oil and Energy Committee published a report drafted by the advisory board of the Prime Minister’s Office, which indicated that Iraq is losing around $40 billion annually due to the lingering power outage crisis.
The report confirmed that the continuous power outages caused serious damage to petrochemical plants and private plants. It is worth mentioning that for years now power outages in Iraq have shot up from 15 to 20 hours per day throughout the year, with the exception of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where the private sector participates in electricity generation and distribution.
It is true that power outages have become a part of daily life for Iraqi citizens, but their far-reaching implications go beyond significant material losses. The continuous blackout has led to the use of generators at homes and in neighborhoods, causing severe environmental pollution. Moreover, constant and sudden outages damage household electrical appliances such as refrigerators, computers and televisions.
These losses may have been borne by the citizen and not the state as a whole, yet they are significant cumulatively losses for the country, both at the moral and material levels. Besides pollution, Iraqis pay hundreds of dollars for generators and fuel, in addition to the state electricity bills.
Why this dire situation in the electricity sector in Iraq and other Arab countries? Why is this happening at this particular stage and not in the first stages of use of electricity in the Middle East, that is, decades ago, after World War II? Does Iraq — and other countries witnessing the same tragic experience — lack the necessary funds for the construction of power plants? Of course not. The main reason lies in the dissemination of a culture of corruption and lack of accountability, which spread to senior officials in the Iraqi state.

You crazy dinarians see an RV in everything, no matter how absurd or irrational it is. Iraq still has 85 trillion dinar in existence. No amount of electricity that they can successfully produce is going to change that! Trying to discuss the merits of an RV with you is futile. You are incapable of comprehending simple math. Without that capability, you will never understand. And, yet, it is so simple.

Again, how is a $173bn income going to "support" a stupid $100,000-$275,000bn "RV"? It isn't. A child of 9 can do these maths - what's your excuse (other than blind greed)?

Anyone who thinks a central bank of any government is going to let it be known to bankers (ESPECIALLY Bankers!! LOL) or anyone else that they are about to raise their rates by even a small and reasonable amount hasn't got a clue about how these currency changes work. There's no point in trying to explain, once again, why no amount of oil or other resources is going to lead to this RV, those things could make Iraq very wealthy in the YEARS ahead but that in no way means they can "RV" 80+ TRILLION Dinar! Of course you know that already just as you know full well the "RV" is nothing but conman generated BS and you know full well there will never be a massive "RV" of the Iraqi Dinar, you KNOW these things already and you know that we do too!

It all boils down to you either being a troll or just being incredibly stupid but I, and I would think most here, believe it to be a combination of both with heavy emphasis on the latter!

  12. Notice how the one thing that all of the dinar confused have in common is that they all do everything they can to ignore the only thing that matters with the dinar? The hyperinflated money supply. 85 trillion and counting. They each will do 1 of 3 things. Either stick their fingers in their ears like a little kid and go blahblahblah...naanannananaa..blahblahblah Icant hear you....Hillary said.....Iraqi TV said.......the dinar is undervalued. Or they make up the lie that Iraq is now and has been "sucking" dinar out of circulation. The third lie they use is that the CBI is lying about the money supply and there is really only billions in existence instead of trillions. Of course all three scenarios are laughable and only used because people simply cannot deal with the truth. Especially after talking everyone they know into wasting money on Dinar.

Dinarbeleiver says......"Fib when I say the dinar is undervalued it means that the exchange rate is being artificially held low".

Iraqs finance committee words not mine.

Really? Could you please give a link to that or is that something your Iraqi "translator" is telling you? Maybe you heard it in a bank story. Looks like once again you have confused market rate and exchange rate. Its not surprising seeing how you cannot even comprehend basic economics such as inflation.

People like DinarBeliever suffer from a mental psychosis if they think they can pump this trash and that everyone will just take their word at face value, that no-one will attempt to verify what they're saying or that he's the only person in the UK with a telephone...

NO bank in the UK is telling ANYONE to buy Dinar. Not HSBC, Lloyds, RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland), Barclays, nor any of the building societies (Halifax, Nationwide, Yorkshire, Coventry, etc). The guy's a bald-faced liar, and not even a very good one.

Dinarbeleiver says......"Fib when I say the dinar is undervalued it means that the exchange rate is being artificially held low. Iraqs finance committee words not mine."

Meanwhile, back in the real word:-

    4. I do remember seeing more than one article in the usual, Iraqi/English translation, that does say the Dinar was artificially (or words to that effect anyway, don't think I have ever seen "artificial") undervalued by the zeros. CLEARLY, even in the translation gibberish, the speaker was talking about the INFLATED Dinar with an excessive amount of zeros causing a low value and the entire article was about raising the value of the Dinar by deleting those zeros. Of course when viewed through "RV" glasses the parts about the zeros are completely invisible and it becomes "artificially undervalued by the IMF, etc"! Again, it's the same old story when people like DB see a re-denomination/Lop article from Iraq (or see something from Iraqi TV) that mentions the Dinar being undervalued by the zeros they want to jump up and down like a little kid and scream "SEE THERE, SEE THERE, I TOLDJA!!!! but they fail to see the parts about it being undervalued due to the zeros/inflation NOT that it's undervalued vs the reserves backing it! In every single article that has come out that mentions the Dinar being undervalued they are speaking of a re-denomination/Lop to remove the zeros caused by inflation to increase the value vs the Dollar it's pegged to. DB get's it but he just won't admit it, maybe he has to himself and maybe not but deep down he knows better and he knows it's just a matter of time until this scam falls apart and he's in a panic because there's not a damn thing he can do to change that -THAT'S why he and those like him carry on like they do whether they actually try to believe this BS or not.

I then telephoned Lloyds TSB on 0845 3000 000. Similar response.

HSBC said exactly the same thing both over the phone (08457 404 404) and in person in two branches in Kent I've visited the past week (Ashford & Canterbury) (BTW, I have an account with them).

So much for "British banks are telling everyone to buy Dinar. They are! Honest! I'm DinarBeliever and you can trust everything I say".

  13. DB: "An article indicated that they have more gold than oil. "

So as long as an article says something good about Iraq, you don't apply the slightest critical thinking. Could this be a translation error? Is this actually possible? What is the value of all the gold mined annually for the entire planet in recent years? I know you claim to have some math background but you clearly have demonstrated you can not do arithmetic so let me help you out. Its less than $120B USD, less than Iraq is producing in oil today. So for Iraq to produce more value in gold than oil they would have to have more gold than the entire rest of the planet combined Oddly despite people living in this region for a couple of thousand years at least, no one has found it until now! i.e. obviously this is total rubbish. But you just swallow it down and pass it on! Have you no pride or integrity? Does it bother you even slightly to be passing on blatant lies?

    1. These guru pumpers which is what DinarBeliever is among having mental disorders already established have no shame at their pathetic game. Remember, DB is a multi-level marketing TONY like troll who do or say anything to attempt to convince others whatever storyline they are selling. They are gutless, shameless, and certainly no self-esteem which is why they can play this game all day long. He was not hugged as a child nor as an adult. There is no doubt in my mind DinarBeliever is a trolling psychotic loonie bin escapee. That is the reason for his introduction as a mental health care worker who is also a mathematician who knows calculus. His game is simple to see through and he knows it which is why he keeps coming back playing stupid games. He's a shill and boy did that one tick him off the other day. I sure hope DB is not receiving instructions from his demon possessed dog like the killer Son of Sam (David Berkowitz) in the summer of 1976.

Btw, do you sleep with your dinar under your pillow or prance around town with the dinar in a shopping bag in the event you receive the 800# or Adam Montana's text to cash in??

      http://www.iraq-businessnews.com/2013/01/29/iraq-cuts-gold-holdings-by-a-quarter/

29.9t of gold (29,900kg) at $39,800 per kg = $1.2bn. Iraq currently sells about $90-$100bn of oil per year. So that's yet another blatant lie Dinarbeliever has been outed on...

When they are latched onto every call like The Gatekeepers who massage real news from Iraq to fit the theme of the call or outright fabricate some of it while they pounce on other Gurus as if to elevate themselves by attempting to distinguish themselves as gurus it really all comes down to the same junk. Joey and Vic have been booted from different groups although they will argue they left because they are "righteous" and only care to deliver the truth. Yet they advertise for dinar dealers like Sterling Currency Group & Dinar Inc. plus have their representatives come on the line nonchalantly to pump their products. 15. Below is an excerpt from the commentary section of a TD post on Dinar Recaps. This is the sort of real financial & emotional damage (eventually) that is occurring in the fantasy Iraqi Dinar EXPECTED RV. Yet people like DinarBeliever see nothing wrong with it. I'm beginning to believe that DB and others are not pumpers rather just so severely depressed that they harbor such bitter feelings and know no other out but to act out in an evil fashion and cause other gullible speculators to fall further into lie than they have theirself. I mean if you are on the fence about the facts or reality then just keep it to yourself to minimize any further damage if it were not to pan out. Pumpers and GURU's are certainly evil in my eyes. Especially those bible thumping ones who will quote scripture all day and behave completely the opposite yet praising their god.

This is truly sad!! Just watching people piss away more money solely for the purpose of the imaginary Dinar RV. I mean really. This person on recaps is supposedly taking several courses on wealth at a University which I have no reason to doubt because all legitimate education is good thing, but they fail to direct their energy & efforts towards researching the truth about the dinar "wealth" scam. I can still be wrong. If this person has a billion dinar technically they can become millionaire even after the lop. However, it takes millions of dollars to purchase billions of IQD and I just don't see any wise millionaire burning their money or time in forums on this garbage scam. In fact a wealthy person would most likely be past the point of having to take university classes to manage wealth.

The following commentary is from TD's post at Dinar Recaps - http://www.dinarrecaps.com/1/post/2013/12/update-from-td-emailed-to-recaps-late-monday-afternoon.html#comments

Well, it turned out to be a great motivator. Not only am I feeling much more comfortable with being ready at ANY rate, but one of the classes I took was Contract Law, with in depth discussion on NDAs (nothing to really worry about), Personal Investing and Finance (great for anyone), Accounting (don't just trust your bookkeeper, understand them), and Business Law (already came in handy). Whether or not any if it was necessary, it has opened my eyes to so much and truly expanded the possibilities (not only related to RV). If anyone can afford or wants to get a student loan to help afford it, I would absolutely recommend it. It takes the maddening focus off of the dinar, creates a network of resources, and expands your mind! Absolutely looking forward to next semester. -cheers!

There's So Much Violence In Iraq The Tragedy Has Become Easy To Ignore

    Joshua HershDec 17, 2013

In late November, Prashant Rao, the Baghdad bureau chief for Agence France-Presse, found himself with a terrible, familiar problem. The daily story he had to write on the news in Iraq -- a typical one by that country's standards, full of death and mayhem -- contained so many violent incidents that he simply didn't have room to mention them all.

    So he took to Twitter.

There, over a series of 17 tweets, Rao laid out each of the individual attacks from that single day. In Abu Ghraib, a roadside bomb at a market killed one and wounded five; in Tikrit, police found the bodies of seven maintenance workers on a soccer field, with their throats slit; in Diyala, a man was shot dead in front of his home; and on and on.

In all, 52 people were killed on Nov. 29, by the AFP's count -- which varies slightly from the numbers tallied by other groups, such the United Nations and the Iraqi government.

It wasn't even a particularly bloody day. Nearly two years after the American military withdrew fully and the American public all but washed its hands of a decade of devastating history, the violence in Iraq has grown to staggering levels.

Already, as many as 8,700 people have been killed this year, according to the diligent tallies of IraqBodyCount. One recent survey put the Iraq War's toll, since the start of the U.S. invasion, at nearly 460,000 people -- some 275,000 from acts of violence.

Death toll records fall with unsettling regularity. This past July, by some counts, was the most violent month in the country since 2008, with around 1,000 casualties -- that is, until October, when casualties climbed even higher. October saw an average of more than 32 killings per day.

Some days have been much, much worse. May 18 of this year, by one tally, was the deadliest in eight months, with 76 deaths. Then came July 23, with 110 -- the deadliest in two years.

In an effort to highlight the ongoing catastrophe in Iraq, The Huffington Post has compiled an interactive infographic on major incidents of violence across the country over the past several months. Sourced to various media outlets and IraqBodyCount.org, the data map how civilian deaths have surged since the spring of 2013. Use the map to find the location of every major bombing since the spring -- incidents that have claimed the lives of 2,600 people.

  17. Part 2

It's easy to say that two years after the last American soldier left the country, the U.S. can hardly be faulted for what's become of Iraq. It's just as easy to pin the blame for Iraq's spiral into violent chaos directly on the hasty withdrawal of the U.S. military at the end of 2011, as many opponents of the Obama administration's policy have done.

But analysts say both approaches are far too simplistic.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and his Shiite-led Cabinet have mounted a campaign of power aggrandizement and delegitimization that has led to the disenfranchisement and frustration of Sunnis and their political leaders, said Ayham Kamel, an analyst with the Eurasia Group. Meanwhile, the war in Syria just next door has encouraged the proliferation of jihadists and radical groups in Iraq's more remote areas. And the Iraqi national military and intelligence services have failed to live up to the far more professional standards and capabilities of America's own trillion-dollar campaign.

"I don't think the U.S. withdrawal alone can be blamed for the rise in violence in Iraq," Kamel said. "It's more an intel problem and a governance problem and a problem with the situation in Syria."

Yet that doesn't mean the U.S. bears no responsibility for what is happening in Iraq.

As Joost R. Hiltermann, a leading Iraq expert with the International Crisis Group, told HuffPost recently, the roots of Iraq's current violence can be traced back to the initial U.S. invasion.

"Violence in Iraq is possible today because of Iraq's inability -- so far -- to fill the security vacuum that was created when the U.S. dismantled the former regime's security apparatus, including the entire army," Hiltermann said.

Add to that corruption, pervasive sectarian tensions and the chaos in Syria, he said, and you end up with the perfect conditions for terrible bloodshed.

The sheer numbers are so overwhelming that they can become numbing. Indeed, days in which 40 people are killed have become so commonplace, Rao said, that they often don't draw anything more than a simple mention in a wire report.

Countering that, Rao said, is a daily challenge. It's also why he used Twitter to enumerate every attack that November day -- a project that was so onerous he would hardly have time to perform the rest of his job if he tried to repeat it on a regular basis.

"This has been this pattern of violence that's become almost normal, and in ways that are shocking," said Rao. "It's harder and harder to get people interested in the news. So we're just trying to be creative and look for new ways to humanize the story -- to say, sure, 40 or 50 people might be dying every day, but each of these are individual incidents. These are human beings. Every incident has a ripple effect on the entire community, the entire society."

    3. It isn't about finding some (badly translated) article that can be twisted in some fashion to support your assertions. The issue is are you willing to view such information critically? does it make sense? Is it plausible? Is it even physically possible? The answer appears to be no, that as long as you see it as bolstering your RV fantasy, that you will accept it as authoritative no matter how ridiculous it might be.

      Delete
    4. DB I don't have a clue as to what it might be that you think any articles are going to prove but get this through your head, IRAQ HAS 80+ TRILLION Dinar that must be accounted for and there is not enough gold in the world to cover all that! What is it with you and the other delusional morons that can't seem to understand the simple fact that as long as that 80 TRILLION Dinar is out there (Or even the 30 Trillion if you just count what's in physical circulation) there is no possible way for this "RV" to happen. Sure the value can go up a few points over time, or go down as the case may be, but it CAN NOT increase any significant amount as long as it is still in that hyper inflated-state, it really is as simple as that. Even if there was a huge volume of recently discovered gold in Iraq, an amount at today's prices that could significantly change their currency holdings enough for even a $.01 it would not lead to such an occurrence! The key words here are "AT TODAY"S PRICES", if Iraq suddenly produced that much gold then instantly the bottom would fall out from under gold and prices would plummet due to the flooded market, it's the LACK of gold that has the price where it is! All that is beside the point anyway since Iraq does not have any wildly unexpectedly huge gold deposits, not of the magnitude you imagine anyway, but my point is it would not create multi- TRILLIONS of Dollars worth of wealth even if they did.

Give it up guy, there is nothing you can find that will change the fact that the Dinar is 1166 to the Dollar because of the BILLIONS of Dollars in their reserves backing the TRILLIONS of Dinar in circulation and nothing they can produce in any amount, oil, gold, camel shit or whatever, is going to have any significant impact on that, it's simply impossible given the numbers! All you have produced so far is pumper generated BS and incredibly dumb bank stories in an attempt to counter easily verifiable and irrefutable FACTS combined with common sense and logic that you simply ignore.

You have, and continue to, show yourself to be incapable of grasping even the simplest of economic concepts yet you keep insisting you are "going to show us"? There simply is nothing to "show", Iraq absolutely CAN NOT "RV" 80+ Trillion Dinar into more Dollars worth than all the world's money combined and even a total idiot ought to be able to see that, the fact you can't seem to grasp that very simple point says a lot about you. Go ahead, dig up your link for proof and make yourself look stupid yet again, if there's one thing you can get right it's that!

    5. Dmw I think Iraq has been reducing that money supply - many articles indicate that. If what is reported is correct then I can't see a big RV but if they are false and the cbi has been reducing the money supply then well you know what I am going to say.

    2. A conversation does not magically alter reality. If what they were talking about is not possible, then clearly there must be some other explanation for the conversation. Maybe they have been scammed as well, maybe they were in fact talking about a redenomination, may when they said the exchange rate might go up they meant by 0.1% not 100,000%, or maybe you just misunderstood. Again critical thinking is what is needed. Just because some says you can swim to the moon, that does not make it true.

    3. I hate to say it, but you are blind! The CBI is telling you how many dinar they have! It's not a guess. It's not an article. It's not an opinion. It's not debatable. It's not negotiable. It's an audited, verifiable fact that anyone in the world can see at any point in time. Quite frankly, since it requires reading, only a blind person would have reason to doubt it. There is no bank story or bank manager that can change it. As I said before, Turkii, Lagarde, and Maliki could hold a joint press conference and explicitly announce that the dinar is going to massively revalue and it still wouldn't be true! It is a mathematical certainty! A nation with a GDP of $210 billion, currency reserves of $80 billion and 85 trillion currency units cannot value those units at $3, $1, 50 cents, 10 cents, 1 cent or even one half of a cent a piece. It is impossible! There is no amount of oil or gold or electricity that can make it so. Is that really that difficult to understand?

DB, again you are just repeating pumper BS, if the proof above is not enough to show that the money supply is growing and not shrinking then THINK about this,

Now read slowly and let this sink in, Iraq has to reduce the money supply from trillions to billions so if they have been sucking in the Dinar then with 80 trillion in circulation they would have to pull in 79 TRILLION Dinar just to get down to even one trillion which is even still too much to "RV" a significant amount with less than 100 billion in cash reserves! If they are "sucking in the Dinar" then just how would they operate their budget if they have reduced the amount to billions at the current exchange rate? That would mean they are operating on MILLIONS of dollars worth of Dinar at the rate they have now as opposed to billions, that's just absurd. They definitely are not reducing nor have they reduced the amount in existence and once again you have been shown irrefutable proof of this, now run on along over to DV and spout off this non-sense where your two moron buddies, Caz and Dontlop, will back you up with even more none-sense.

You know just like your poodles over at DV yapping away lapping up what Adam Montana preaches to the Jim Jones crowd. It's what's in the koolaid that's dangerous not the flavor of the colored sugar water that stimulates your false belief.

As delusional as you've been it's possible you weren't even at a bank but perhaps spoke to the manager at McDonald's. I'm just saying.....

Btw, tell Adam and Dontlop that this messenger role you're playing between DV and here is not working out. The dumb arguments and links they are injecting into your head are pitiful.

  19. "Come meet up with me Brian Simpson"

DB, is that a threat? Maybe it's time Sam stepped in if this is the direction you're heading...

I'm here to spend Xmas with my family. I've given you WAY more time than you deserve, originally because I thought you were after a genuine serious debate but now it turns out aside from being a compulsive liar, you're also a megalomaniac conspiracy crackpot who thinks every bank in the UK uses you as their "Intel source" (meanwhile just 5 days ago you were openly asking everyone "what does M0 and M2 mean, please explain it to me, I don't understand".

You have absolutely no idea how much of a total delusional psychopath you sound with the claim that you "personally silenced every bank employee in the UK with fear" with the stupid sh*t you post on DV, half of which says the exact opposite of what you think it says, like your epic IMF link or the way you got all your maths wrong by a factor of 1,000x or your lies about the non-existent Kuwaiti "RV", etc.

I'm serious. Seek help. That's not an insult. If a family member of mine started raving on about how "every bank manager in the country begged at their feet", and it turned out they just spammed off almost 80 posts per day containing the most ridiculous blatantly obvious lies and were almost possessed by blind greed at the thought of turning £500 into £1m on the back of a long debunked conspiracy based get-rich-quick scam, I'd tell them exactly the same thing.

You have gone WAY off the deep end here in the most spectacular way possible... and even if you hadn't I do not need your "help" in understanding anything about the Dinar or what banks are telling me. It is delusional megalomania to think banks must first pass everything through you for the "DB stamp of approval" before you will "allow" anyone to understand it. Who the hell do you think you are?!? You're a total nobody who knows nothing about currencies, gets all your maths wrong again and again, wouldn't know the truth if someone dropped it on your head and you prove it dozens of times over in post after post, topic after topic, day after day... Your posts have quite honestly turned from being amusing, to sad, to now freakish.

    2. LOL. Vinny, to be honest when someone is that mentally shot to pieces they think posting "secret intel" on DinarVets like this...

"6-1-13 DinarBeliever: I used to think it would not happen overnight. But now recently I firmly believe it will happen overnight and I will go out on a limb here before 8th July 2013".

... will "silence the nation", I wouldn't put anything past them... In case anyone missed it over on the other thread, here's what even RV-believers on DinarVets think of DB's childish "banker stories":-

gulfscott - "Are you Serious? What a ridiculous story. All the banks ran her out the door except the one guy who obviously hasn't heard about dinar and seemed to buy into the RV scenario but this really doesn't provide any insight into what's going on with the dinar...."

franklin - "And yet another weekend feel good story that makes no sense"

Rv please - "Just another Friday dinar Bank Story....its not even as good as last weeks....come up with something better...better as Ocrush for some pointers"

Jamvox - "Ding Ding Ding, Another stupid worthless bank story!", etc

Some things are so demented, you just couldn't even make them up for a comedy sketch...

    3. WOW!!! Brian he is much further gone at DV than I thought. His ego must be dust by now and is trying to redeem what's left here but is going about it all wrong. So yes the only alternative is severe mental issues. Denial is an incredibly powerful deterrent from reality and I've seen lives completely destroyed to include suicide when it becomes overwhelming.

All we can do is hope DinarBeliever seeks professional mental health care and that is not a joke or insult either.

    4. I offered to meet up with you and introduce you to some of the people that were asked if they had dinars by the banks. I am not planning to bum you of stab you in anyway. 6. Dinarbeleiver - "I am liked by people I know and consider myself to be a good person"

Dinarbeleiver - "Tone the personal insults down please"

      Dinarbeleiver 30 seconds later - "More like your a c*nt", "w*nkers".

This is ironically perfect proof of the "bi-polar" mental issues everyone is commenting on. Calling everyone "Wankers" were the first words from your lips on your first post to the forum before anyone spoke to you.

When people turn round and call you "delusional" for claiming that you and you alone are the only reason UK banks aren't trading the Dinar, and that every bank manager in every branch of every bank in the UK all quake in their boots when you grace them with your presence - that is because that's exactly what it genuinely is - chronic delusions of grandeur verging on Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It takes an almighty ego to even begin to imagine that let alone post it in public with a straight face...

You "threatened" to post "proof" of Iraq "having more gold than oil". You haven't because it's a lie. Iraq's 30t gold reserves are worth just $1.2bn. You "threatened" to post "proof" that Iraq's money supply "is shrinking". You haven't because that's a lie too. It's still growing around 10% per year.

You've been asked several times to back up your haughty "I'll show you lot!" claims, and all you've done is backpedal and run away every time preferring instead your now trademark "hit and run" diversionary tactics combined with your messianic attitude of "only DinarBeliever can "translate" what bankers "really mean"". Your credibility is zero. That's why no-one wants to meet you and why you've made a complete laughing stock out of yourself.

"They are not speaking about it probably because of the stuff I posted on dinar vets." - Dinarbeliever

You bluffed and challenged me to "ask your bank", and I called your bluff and did just that. You then panicked and invented an elaborate wild-eyed conspiracy where supposedly every single member of staff in every branch of every UK bank is all part of some super-conspiracy and you're the supreme one who "control" them with your ranting on DinarVets...

Yes, DB, you genuinely are in a world of your own...

You want so bad to behave normal but is undoubtedly a major challenge for you. If you think you're feelings are hurt because Brian won't meet with you just wait to how extremely depressed IF & when you come to your senses the realization of the RV is an inflated lie. Then and only then will you notice that you're not in Kansas anymore!!

    10. DinarBeliever, The first mistake you're yet again making is that after you've been outed on a whopping lie ("UK banks are telling people to buy Dinar"), you think you still have any shred of credibility whatsoever. The second mistake is your ongoing delusion everyone has to ask your permission to "understand" what banks "really" mean when they say "We do not currently trade Iraqi Dinar and have no intention of doing so for the foreseeable future." The third was posting your farcical and wildly egotistical claim that you've personally silenced every bank in the UK with your confused rantings on DV and that you're their secret controller! After that one alone, it became very clear which direction the "debate" was heading in -> paranoid delusion tin-foil hat time...

You've lied & lied & lied again about so many stupidly obvious things, and now you've had your "Oh yeah, well ask my banker then" bluff called, you're basically panicking and lashing out in fury and trying to project the blame for your own failings onto everyone else. I wouldn't "meet up" if you lived 30m down the road because you've just outed yourself as a complete raging lunatic...

  20. Brian, the problem is you telephoned those banks instead of walking in and talking with them in person. They don't want this getting out according to DB so you have to walk in where they will still tell you that they have no intentions of dealing with Dinar but they can then give you the old Nudge-Nudge, Wink-Wink so you will know what they really mean!

  23. This was posted in the "Tank" over at DV, I feel certain the guy is dead serious and genuinely wants to know but he's asking in the wrong place even if it is in the "Tank". Maybe someone with access will put a "bug in his ear" and steer him over here for a breath of fresh air!

    Thanks for the responses.

I asked because my idea of the whole "deletion" of zeros was somewhere in the arena that they just print new lower denoms... and rumor is that they have already done that, but who knows? Whether they have or not still means a massive cost it would seem. Then they would have to pull the old notes from the streets over a period of time until they were fully replaced by the new lower denomination notes. That all seemed pretty logical to me, but with SO many different ideas and theories on how they may accomplish this it gets a little confusing at times. I do my research but, I am not afraid to admit that I am by no means a mathematician. As a matter of fact I really SUCK at math. I am an artist and my brain works on a bit of a different level lol. There are people who naturally think mathematically and there are those of us who don't.

Anyway, what sparked my original question was that someone (won't mention any names) claims that "lifting" of zeros and "deleting" zeros are two completely different things. They are saying that basically the lifting is what matters to us first and foremost because that would mean the release of the lower denoms which would somehow result in a different rate of up to 90 cents. They say that this is NOT the actual RV and that the RV will not happen until the government is fully formed which will come some time after this "lifting". The "deleting" will supposedly happen at that point which would mean they would pretty much take all of the large notes and lock them in a vault. Then the RV would be fully implemented and bring the value up to around $1.13 or so.

I'm just putting out the scenario that I listened to. I am willing to listen to anyone's opinions/ideas because that is how I learn. Not sure why this particular idea struck me as another possibility... maybe because this isn't the usual "it's going to RV today" bs but, that is why I brought it here to get other opinions. I didn't mention these facts in the original question because I wanted as little bias as possible on the subject, however, now that I have told the whole story it may open up for more opinions, explanations or complete debunking of this theory. I would really like to know what you all think about it.

Fib and a couple of others will explain it properly but then the three stooges, DB, Caz and Dontlop, will come along and add confusion so it's likely he will still be just as confused. I have no doubt that fella, and many others like him, deep down already know the truth but will not admit it to themselves making it easier to believe the BS spouted by the likes of Dontlop instead of the truth, the truth does not tell them what they want to hear but the BS does! I know some of the people from DV occasionally check in here and thanks to DB probably a lot more have recently, let's hope some of them decide to join in for some real discussion instead of the non-sense that DB tried to pull.

    2. Wells Fargo has long been the target of the scam for some reason. That's why after being so sick of scam victims phoning up & wasting their time, they are actually now starting to become more active in outrightly telling people it's a scam. Example:-

"Wells Fargo in Alaska and Sacrmento (which is their HQ) have told me directly, over and over, that it is a SCAM"

    3. Seems like DinarBeliever's altered personally there posting for his other half of the bipolar side. The mere mention of "mathematician" raises an eyebrow. If we recall that was one of the first mentions here but that brutally failed for him so now he is trying to get their opinion at DV under another ID pretending to not understand anything (which is no different than when he claims he does) and wants to be schooled on the investment. Then he'll take that info and reword here as his evidence as to why it will RV big time.

Either that or DV is loaded with psychos!!!

    4. No actually Vinny I think this particular fella is sincere even if maybe a bit misguided, that's the reason I never posted his screen name. The reason I brought this over is an example of people that really do want to learn but they still seek out information in the wrong places where people like DB, Caz, Dontlop, etc tend to skew any tiny bit of truth that manages to surface. These people see places like DV as sensible because of the other loony sites that are so far out in space only total wackos would believe what they say, even DV seems reasonable compared to these yahoos. My point with that example is that this fella seems genuinely confused and it's easy to see there are some doubts there but in the absence of an intelligent and sensible explanation it just becomes all too easy for him to be suckered in by pumper BS saying what he wants to hear as opposed to the truth. This guy is exposed almost daily to DB himself and the other two stooges Caz and Dontlop along with a host of other delusional dreamers and any logical reply to his question will be ridiculed, insulted and laughed at by those idiots. When folks come here it would be good to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are sincere (unless they introduce themselves as DB did) and treat them in respectful manner as long as they do the same which DB did not, I have been a lurker here long enough to know that is the way things are done here and that's why I wanted to join this group. My hat's off to Sam for the service he is doing and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to express my views on this forum.

      Thanks Sam!

  24. That's how nutty this bank story is. Most dinar believers don't even believe it.
DB... think for one minute now. Say some country was planning on magically RVing their currency 100,000%. Will never happen, but let’s fantasize for a second, should be easy for you. Countries in the real world lie and deny ¼ to ½ % changes in their currency. They give absolutely no advanced warning of even tiny increases. Now what makes you think that Iraq would give advanced warning to banks all around the world of a soon to be 100,000% increase? And if banks are aware of this impending RV, then why are all the banks participating in the CBI currency auctions selling massive amounts of dinar back to Iraq for about $.00085 per dinar every day, demanding dollars instead?
If I was a Bank and someone was doing a mortgage through me and they claimed to have foreign currency as an asset, I’d want to know what currency they held and if it was dinar I’d disallow that asset in the computation.
Any dinar held outside of Iraq is at great danger of becoming absolutely worthless.

Bank Meeting Tues. Afternoon by Iko Ward at TNT Forum

Another Bank meeting this afternoon, 2PM EST

Now I know what Tony is up against. The following is a synopsis of a meeting I just had with my WF Wealth Manager. It is all second hand (he said/she said) but confirms or agrees with what others are saying.

1 - My guy knows all about the RV but isn't sure when it will pop in the US. He knows the International Rate has begun. He thinks the Saudis have been big trouble makers behind the scenes. This man is a regional wealth manager and services a large, well-to-do suburban area

2 - We set up several brokerage accounts for when it does RV in the US, this way I am in the system for the 20 min meeting. He knows about the 800 #s. I didn't ask about MCA's (Multiple Currency Accounts) because he didn't suggest them. Went straight to multiple brokerage accounts as an initial setup. (Dinar and Dong). Couldn't stress hard enough the separation of currencies, taxes and personal funds

3 - All the higher ups at WF know about the screw up with the software two weeks ago. (They really did try to make it happen. Its an inside joke. They blew it. They're embarrassed. It's fixed. The US has a complex, multi-tiered system and its taking time.

4 - John Kerry personally negotiated the contract rate (according to a higher up at WF) a few months ago. Its all about the oil futures. Its all about the oil futures. Its all about the oil futures. (Got it) All us new millionaires is secondary, but its going to make the administration look good.

5 - He knows of several high net worth individuals handled by a colleague who are "deep into it".

6 - What impressed me most was how matter of fact he was about it. Just another killing in the investment market. Glad I came in for the meeting. Pitched WF asset management and investment advice because they are bound by fiduciary laws. They screw up, they have to pay.

7 - There were other things he said that led me to believe he is keyed in but unable to speak about. He was very good at getting out my personal history and current circumstance (not great) but at the end of the meeting it was he who was proactive about setting up accounts, setting up a followup meeting after Christmas, making sure I knew how to contact him, going over WF security measures. He definitely wanted my business. This says to me he knows its going to happen. He suggested we meet again this coming Monday.

Hope this helps to reinforce for those who believe this is happening and maybe change a few minds of the folks who are still in their fear. Bottom line, we cannot lose. The only thing now is to find out just how big we have won. I know some of you are in desperate need. All I can say is hang in there. This us real. It happening, just not the way everyone thought.

Aloha Bruce. I hope that you and your wife are doing well. I'm praying for a happy & HEALTHY Christmas for you and yours.

So... what do you think about Tony? He seems to be your primary source of info and intel, but are you beginning to become irritated too? I, for one, like him and his positivity. However, you have to admit that all of his information is only verified or confirmed by more of HIS information. People are really getting TICKED, huh? Have you seen some of the comments that Recaps is finally starting to post.

I've known people who have drawn lines in the sand, based entirely on Tony's "intel," and then finally sold all of their dinar, despite my encouragement. They just couldn't take it anymore.

I give you lots of credit for remaining positive. I'm hanging in by one last pinky finger. :-) I'm hanging on 'til the 1st. Give us some GOOD NEWS!! Amen? And Amen!!!

  27. Does anyone remember when Tony Blair was supposedly in charge of "pulling the trigger" on the "RV"? LOL.......That type of fabricated hype reminds me of Dinarbeliever.

Like I was saying earlier in the thread. Dinar junkies have three cop outs when it comes to the 85 trillion dinar in existence. It seems Dinarbeliever likes to use 2 out of the three. Iraq has reduced the money supply and he also doesn't want to hear it.

Hey Dinarbeliever.......lets talk about the 85 trillion dinar in existence.

    1. I will post those money reducing articles for ya later so that you can lie and spin what the article is saying

      Delete
    2. DB, are you suggesting you are inclined to trust or believe an article or news item regarding the money supply of Iraq instead of information directly from the CBI? If so, I think that perfectly illustrates the dangers of this scam. Greed (or financial desperation) has sunk it's claws so deep into your mind you are incapable of behaving or thinking rationally. Once someone loses their sense of rationality, they become easy prey of the scammers, swindlers, and frauds.

      Delete
    3. It makes no difference whether he believes an article or not he has demonstrated repeatedly he is incapable of comprehending what he reads, he is accusing us of lying and spinning yet he runs away whenever one of his articles is shown to be the exact opposite of what he thought (or tried to pretend depending on his real reason for being here).

Come on now DB you are clearly resorting to Caz and Dontlop's behavior by resorting to insults and name calling when you are at a loss, EVERYONE can see what you're trying to do so it won't work.

Now my prediction is that DB is about to post articles where Iraq is saying they will be reducing the number of the of NOTES in circulation but again he does not understand what he's reading. They are clearly talking about reducing the numbers of physical notes by replacing lower denomination notes with a fewer number of higher denomination notes, this is done to reduce the sheer bulk of physical money needed for transactions.

      Delete
    4. You're exactly right dwm009....DB is in complete desperation mode at the moment and playing the victim. Anyone who reads these exchanges can clearly see who is spinning what. I'm starting to feel real sorry for the guy...he's been searching for his gold and money supply articles for days now. Maybe he will post an article that shows Iraq is building a brand new McDonald's. Who hoo time to cash in baby...IM GOING TO BE RICH

  28. Interesting night! Last night my mother was on the Batman call and people were flipping out. I'm hoping they are now realizing that they won't be billionaires. One lady was desperate to cash out because she was living in her car. Batman told her she couldn't. Now they are being told the government is in control and the higher rate is no longer a possibility. For the first time since forever, one of these calls had my interest. Of course, my mother is listening to it right now.

    1. If your mom likes wine or a drink you may want to soften her up a bit and get her to read one or two of these posts. As you can see from my post earlier tonight people are becoming disenchanted and selling the dinar back or getting more frustrated because it won't happen as the gurus promise yet they still won't listen to reason and hold onto a thread of hope. Suddenly their religion takes a back burner or goes out the window.

      Delete
    2. Vinny said, "people are becoming disenchanted and selling the dinar back"

And that is one of the most encouraging signs that this scam is starting to fall apart! While some Dinar dreamers will argue that this is in fact happening they can not explain why the selling price of Dinar has fallen drastically, I have seen Dinar go for as little as $750 per million and it seems to regularly go unsold when the asking price is $850. Contrast that to two years ago when it would easily sell for $1000 but people get laughed at for asking that much today, must be a sign of the times!

I always get a good laugh out of those guys who bought early and claim to "have already made a profit" but they are comparing what they paid to what a dealer asks today which is just wishful thinking as far as actually getting that (of course these guys are pros at wishful thinking, Lol!). Even if they bought early in the game they have not made a cent in profit until they sell so if they sell now at the current going rate whatever "profit" they see will be minus any spreads they had to pay when they bought then anything of a profit margin left must be spread over the 8 or 9 years they would have to have been holding so just what the dickens do they have to show for it?

As you so correctly pointed out people are finally starting to wake up, and I feel certain this site has had a tremendous impact on that, and the trend is going to snowball as more and more see their friends and relatives giving up and admitting they were scammed. I think it will have an even bigger impact on the number of newbies that get suckered in because friends and relatives will be warning them instead of recruiting them for this BS scam! The writing is on the wall as the old saying goes and the truly delusional like DB can only hang on for a short time now before even they will have to admit it's all over, they can babble on all they want with their comical "proof" and silly bank stories but their little game is almost over and the desperation they exhibit shows they know this too. Then they will have to face all the people they dragged into this with them and they are at a loss as to what to do thus the panic and irrational attempts to cling onto already debunked and worn out myths but this tactic only delays the inevitable!

  29. Dinarck, By the time DinarBeliever comes around to attempting to answer that Iraq will have 90 trillion dinar. LOL....

Thanks again for providing this site and the opportunity for me to express my thoughts, I have had a lot of pent up frustration and nowhere to vent until now so sometimes restraint can be a bit difficult but I agree that restraint is the best way to handle provocation. Lame arguments and outright lies stand little chance in the face of irrefutable facts and logic but a mudslinging contest will, in short order, take a discussion in the direction the trolls and pumpers want and they are both pros at distraction!

    1. How are you going to feel when it doesn't happen and all those people you hyped up to buy dinar can't exchange it because Iraq closed its boarders for the RD?

It's nothing but wishful thinking on the RV. It's mathematically impossible and that's not how currency works. If you're serious about learning then I suggest you soak in all the info that this site provides. All the info you get from pro RV sites are LIES.

    2. I see AT deleted his response...

He was asking Sam if it did RV how would he feel knowing people sold their dinar because of him and something about not trusting governments.

      Delete
    3. As has been said before a variation of that quite illogical question, "How would I feel if it did "RV" and I got left out?" has probably sold more Dinar than anything else the pumpers could dream up, illogical since there is exactly ZERO chance of anyone finding themselves in that situation because "the RV" is an economic and mathematical impossibility! Of course most anyone would be extremely upset with themselves if that happened but there is absolutely no chance of it so why even ask? A much more fitting question would be "How am I going to feel when I realize this was just a stupid scam and I wasted all that money?" because while the first question has zero chance of happening the last one has a 100% likelihood of coming to pass.

CFO, I think you hit a nerve there with AT!

A heck of a LOT of these people are starting to realize they are going to have face the fact they have talked friends and relatives into wasting large sums of money on this scam and it's starting to fall apart, they will soon have to deal with this fact and they are in a panic now as to how to do this.

    4. callingfoolsout - "He was asking Sam if it did RV how would he feel knowing people sold their dinar because of him and something about not trusting governments."

Which is yet more proof the RV is based not on facts, but rather emotional blackmail & endless impassioned appeals to pity, greed, guilt, fear & straw-man conspiracies.

Pumper: "Buy Super Magic penny stock today! It's only $0.02 but will 'RV' up to $70 very soon!"

Sane Person: "Can I see their balance sheet? Profit & loss accounts, etc?

Pumper: "Never mind all that - how would you FEEL if you missed out? Wouldn't you like to own 5x Porsche's?

Sane Person: "Hang on a second, isn't the reason the stock fell to $0.02 in the first place, precisely because they've issued 1,000x more stocks than anyone else and diluted the value of each existing issued stock? I mean if the total valuation of Super Magic company is $10m and they've issued 5,000m stocks / shares, then it's pretty obvious it's already fairly valued"

Pumper: "Smoke & mirrors, man. Super Magic Stock is "special". It's completely immune to mathematics, economics and supply & demand. You just have to "have faith". Anyone who says otherwise is a CIA agent. I just can't believe you'd turn down a 200-bedroom mansion like that by not buying $1,000 worth of Super Magic stock from me for $1,300 inc commission..."

Sane Person: "If it really is going to shoot up 3,500x very soon, then why are YOU selling it? I have a better idea : You sell me those $1,000 worth of stocks for $1,000 now and then you buy them back from me for $2,000 1 minute later as a sign of shared risk and confidence in your "Secret Intel". If you're telling the truth, and it genuinely will shoot up 3,500x in value, then you'll still make 175,000% profit, and I'll only make 100% profit but I'll recommend you to all my friends to make up for it! If you're telling the truth - it's a win-win. The only time you'll lose out is if you're bullsh*tting me..."

Pumper: "Um, uh, um, I gotta go..."

The whole thing's a "used car salesman" sales-pitch common in many scams which pump a sense of "urgency" followed by "moving the goalposts" and baseless conspiratorial excuse-making when the 'windfall' never materializes... CMKX is actually a perfect example of this, and some well known Dinar pumpers were actually involved in pumping that penny stock scam as well.

"I used to think like you did callingfoolsout until the banks in the uk let out the truth."

I think you would agree that if the CBI plans on an RV (of any size, say like the the 0.4% one they did a year or so ago) then they are not going to tell anyone. This is all the more so the larger the RV were to be. So if a huge RV were possible (which it is not) then what sense does it make for the CBI to have let this info slip to such an extent that multiple bank managers in the UK know about it? I mean that would mean that thousands of people know about it, which would mean tens of thousands i.e. basically its no longer remotely a secrete. And if these bank manager do know this, one would think they would be selling everything they had to buy dinar, which I'm betting they are not.

So just another dimension of why the "bank story" can't pass the smell test. Assuming you are telling the truth DB (which I am skeptical of) then you must have misunderstood what was being said, as even if an RV were possible, these guys can not know about it. Maybe you are making it up, maybe they were talking about a redenomination. But either way, your story can not be accurate. Yet you accept it anyway. Clearly that is due to nothing more than confirmation bias. If its pro-RV in your view, it has to be correct in your view. Rather a poor way to judge an investment.

    4. jrg, since posting that on the 16th, his "bank story" was utterly destroyed into oblivion yesterday when I called his bluff and phoned up his two banks he swore blind were telling people to "Buy Dinar". Unsurprisingly they both said the exact opposite of what he claimed they were saying (as did two other branches of another bank both over the phone and in person). He then claimed the reason why no bank in the UK trades Dinar is because 'every bank manager in the country follows his DinarVets posts and is frightened of him'... Looking back, I bet even he now regrets posting that delirium. Since then he's been in panicked "damage-control mode" ever since, still telling the same childish lies about Kuwait and claiming the Central bank of Kuwait are "clueless" about the Kuwaiti Dinar.

I think we've reached the stage now where it's become blatantly obvious he's just trolling everyone / arguing purely for the sake of arguing / getting the last word in at any cost without even attempting to make any sense on anything any more.

Likewise another said "They banks told me they don't trade Dinar" which you wildly twisted yet again to "They stonewalled her. We all know what they 'really' meant". Classical conspiracy mindset BS. The banks have said absolutely nothing whatsoever of the kind as you claimed. You've just done what you do best - put words in their mouth and twist everything your friends say back to front to mean what you want it to mean. The Iraq Central Bank has issued 80some trillion dinar at a rate of $.00086 or worse over the last 10 years.
Kuwait, during the invasion, the Central Bank and all other banks shut down operations. So how many dinar did the Central Bank of Kuwait issue at a rate of anything less than the official $3something rate?
I'll answer that because I'm sure you will ignore it. the ansew is ZERO, not one!
So Iraq issues 80 Trillion dinar at .00085 (or worse) and Kuwait issued ZERO dinars at a devalued rate. Yet you think the situation is the same?

Everyone with at least half a functioning brain knows Kuwait did not "RV" and it's been explained to you time after time so there's no point in going over it again, most folks who genuinely wanted to know do know by now and talking to people like you, Caz and Dontlop is a waste of time so why bother?

    1. As for Iraq's money supply, "Dinarbeliever's" entire argument is "let's pretend it's 1,000x less than it actually is, then that way I won't have to deal with reality". He's ignoring it purely because it doesn't say what he wants it to say. It's that simple. This is typical of many scammers who rely on creating the illusion of "I'm special because I have a secret" to keep the scam going.

Iraq's Money supply is 84 TRILLION Dinar, and GROWING. As Iraq are saying:-
      http://cbi.iq/documents/Monetary_Aggregates_f.xls
      http://cbi.iq/documents/key%20financial.xls

As the World Bank are saying:-

      As the IMF are saying:-

      http://www.indexmundi.com/facts/iraq/money-and-quasi-money

Reality is not going to go away just because DB cannot emotionally handle the truth. As far as I'm concerned, DB can believe whatever he wants in private - that's fine with me. But for as long as he continues to pump his scam in public on the back of the most blatant outrageous lies possible, he's going to continue to get absolutely destroyed on a daily basis with facts any neutral observer can easily verify for themselves, whether it "upsets" him or not.

      Delete
    2. But never fear, he will find some article that says Iraq is buying dinar at the auctions reducing money supply. Duh!! And he'll use that to make the leap overall money supply must be reducing. What he will ignore is that Gov puts more dinar out than the CBI buys back. It's not a hard concept to understand for most. the Gov has had a 60 to 80 trillion dinar budget for 10 years now. If they were not buying back massive amounts at the auctions, simple math would tell you they would now have an M2 of somewhere in the 600 to 800 Trillion range. They don't have a tax system for the most part, so other than the auctions they have no way to pull dinar back in other than the auctions.

  42. Well true to form our good friend DB is over at DV screaming that the Kuwaiti Dinar did revalue and not surprisingly Dontlop ran to his support, comical to say the least!

This childlike behavior of trying to run off a safe distance to try to continue his argument is in keeping with what would be expected of him, he can't counter anything that's said here so he apparently took the suggestion to run back to his buddies.

Those totally goofy bank stories say a lot more about DB than just him having a hard time understanding, especially the one with the Nudge-Nudge, Wink-Wink line and I'm not using that as a joke this time. That kind of thing shows not only a childlike mentality but a complete dis-connect from reality so having his followers at DV and elsewhere see him for what he really is has made the effort here worthwhile.

Continue drilling operations in the area of luxury Aldajh populated eastern Baghdad after the discovery of the existence of huge quantities of atoms of gold metal in the soil … and continue exploration and drilling for more than two years in the region, under the street extending from Fudhaliyah until the end of the quarter-Obeidi, or so-called (Htit) a low water is used for the diversion of rain water in flood seasons, said that the leader Abd al-Karim Qasim is drilled.

C, the drilling operations Taudnaha for more than thirty years of full and since I was young where it continues mechanisms digging the ground in alleys dilapidated and in the street Mayatal traffic and lead to suffocation of citizens and injury beams"), the 22-month old article says it's found "atoms" of gold in "thousands of tons of dust". Only delusional pumpers twist that around to mean "Iraq has found $300tn worth of gold".

Since Feb 2012, no gold has actually been mined at the site let alone turned into currency reserve bullion. And the final sentence "However, the discovery of gold in the luxury and commercial quantities could turn Iraq into a producer of gold more than oil" is the usual 3rd-hand baseless speculation tacked onto any translation of "what Iraq said".

Meanwhile back in the real words as far as the Dinar's value is concerned:-

"Reuters reports that Iraq cut its gold holdings by a quarter in November. Data from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) showed that the country’s stocks fell to 29.9 tonnes."
      http://www.iraq-businessnews.com/2013/01/29/iraq-cuts-gold-holdings-by-a-quarter/

29.9t of gold (29,900kg) at $39,800 per kg = $1.2bn. That's all the gold Iraq has to actually back the Dinar's value. Simply "finding minerals" doesn't do a damn thing. That's why the Dinar didn't increase in value in Feb 2012 when they found "atoms" of gold in "tonnes of soil". LOL, Yet again you're like a little puppy dog pouncing on anything new whilst ignoring the truth that's still staring you in the face...

Wake me up when Iraq actually has more than $1.2bn worth of gold reserves in the real world...

"RV's" do not remove any money from circulation - only redenominations do. An RV is just an external peg adjustment - it takes no money out of circulation internally. My God you really are totally clueless about this stuff aren't you?

Rather than carry on your childlike desperate crusade, why don't you do yourself a favor and actually listen to what Iraq are telling you:-

      - "The new 50 Dinar bill will have a value of approx $43 [2x 25,000 current notes]... The Iraqi currency change will not have any effect on the international value of the Iraqi dinar and economy" - Central Bank of Iraq

      - "This redenomination had previously been applied in countries such as Turkey, who deleted six zeros from their currency" - Dr. Mohammed Saleh, Central Bank of Iraq

      - "The exchange rate between the new banknotes and the old ones will be 1:1,000" - Mahma Khalil, Member of the Iraqi Parliament and official spokesperson of Iraq's Economic Committee

      - "The change that will take place with the Iraqi currency will change the face value of the dinar and not the real value as measured by the value of Iraqi dinar against the dollar and gold" Sami Atrushi, Iraqi Finance Committee

      - "The step to delete zeros is merely an administrative process, and the currency equation should remain the same. This means that the purchasing power of the new currency should be equal to that of the old currency" - Nafee Elias, Iraqi North Bank.

      - "The deletion of zeros will not affect the Iraqi dinar’s purchasing power" - Ahmed Faizullah, deputy head of the parliamentary Finance Committee

      - "The intention would be to drop three zeros from the nominal value of bank notes; but the actual value of the dinar would remain unchanged" - XE.COM

      - "CBI has announced that it intends to implement a long-planned redenomination of the Iraqi dinar by eliminating three zeros from the nominal value of bank notes" - SIGIR quarterly reports.

The only thing you've proven is both how shockingly clueless you are on what a "redenomination" is, and that your entire "evidence" is nothing more than a misinterpretation of a barely legible Google translation of a redenomination... LOL.

How long are you going to make a fool of yourself trying to "explain" what Iraq are "really doing" by ignoring everything everyone in Iraq are actually saying?

  46. Well, well, well.... look what was posted at Dinar Recaps for the likes of DinarBeliever. DB you DEFINITELY need to read this article and share it among your buddies at DV. Tell them to put this into perspective when listen to pumpers like you, Adam, Dontlop, CAZ, etc..

BTW, why does Dontlop go by that handle if he doesn't believe a LOP will occur? It seems as if he's begging for the LOP not to happen which sends the message that he is aware it is good possibility. Kind of like that basketball hitting the rim before it drops. You know it is most likely going to happen but you're falsely hoping it doesn't.
