Dinar Trade / Xchange of America

Ali Agha

Many in the dinar community have noticed that Dinar Trade just announced that their business would be conducted by Xchange of America. I think most assumed that this was just a name change or a restructuring of Dinar Trade, but apparently there's a bit more to it.

If you'll go to their website at www.dinartrade.com/ or www.xchangeofamerica.com/ you'll see at the bottom that they're located in Stuart, Florida which is a long way from Santa Monica or Las Vegas, the previous headquarters for Dinar Trade. If this new location sounds familiar, it should. Stuart, Florida is the headquarters for Dinar Inc. You might also notice that the addresses for Dinar Inc. and Xchange of America match. What gives?

Robert Hoffman
You might recall that last year Dinar Inc. announced that they took over Tampa Dinar.  Apparently Tampa Dinar fell on hard times and Dinar Inc. was there to scoop them up.  What you might not be aware of however, is that two years ago Robert Hoffman of Dinar Inc. established Xchange of America.

What does this mean? Too soon to tell, really. Maybe Ali just got burned out. Maybe he had financial setbacks or legal issues. Or maybe he felt that the time was right to get out of the currency game. But this could also be some sort of merger rather than an acquisition, where Ali will now gain access to Xchange of America's locations. After all, the news came out the same day as the news about money transfer businesses being allowed to set up accounts with the CBI.  Who knows?  But this is news that the dinar world should be aware of. No cryptic messages or shell games here. Just the facts. Let the discussion begin.

  1. You just have to laugh. In this weeks Q&A comedy from Adam "I can say anything" Montana, he starts off with this weeks "good news" as usual, which of course takes the currency dealer news Sam mentions as a good thing, and ends with:

"Pretty strong evidence that there will not be a lop: http://iqd.me/l/w0s8"

And if you go to that link (an article posted on DV) the last line, in big bold blue reads:
"... the strategic solution for the currency is to raise three zeroes."

He blatantly lies, and all the sheep do is offer thanks. Astonishing.

    1. Agreed. It's been beyond rationality and well into the realms of cult psychology for quite a while...

    2. Yeah raise the 3 zeros as in tack on 3 more zeros to the money supply or to the exchange rate being .00000086 LMAO!!! Oh but maybe Maliki will lose the election and the very next day BAM!!! Mega millionaires world wide. Also, why is it that their isn't any longer mention of world currency reset of 197 countries still awaiting Iraq's RV? You just can't make this shit up.

  2. Here is the skinny of the deal as I hear it: Dinar Trade has turned to Dinar Inc. AKA Robert Hoffman and Xchange of America for inventory and banking. Ali will still own D Trade, Dinar Inc will do his order fulfillment and banking. Pretty simple really. It will be interesting to see if over time there is more to it than that. Neno's Place (who is pals with Ali) gave the best explanation: http://nenosplace.forumotion.com/t20976-xoa-you-guys-get-the-news-first

  3. Good to see you on the case Sam.
This reminds me of years ago when Ali supposedly had plans to open up all these “cash in” offices all over the country at the second the big RV was to happen. Many even thought he’d have advanced notice of the big RV and open the offices ahead of the big Rv. It’s also interesting that most of these cash-in offices were going to be in cities where dinar pumpers lived. I seem to remember a Salt Lake branch that would be run by Dinar Daddy. Dinar pumpers offered cash-in offices in exchange for pumping dinar. Wonder if that’s legal? Many dinar believers talked about Ali already having a cash in office open in Santa Monica and how you’d be able to walk in with your dinar and walk out with millions in dollars or gold. Just a quick check of his Santa Monica office, 100 Wilshire Blvd Suite #940, showed it wasn’t a real business. It was a virtual office shared by many different companies. It was nothing more than an answering service and access to a conference room if you wanted it. Cost $99 a month. Of course when I shared this info on dinar boards I was banned immediately.
I see this Exchange of America has a Culver City Ca. and a San Marcos Ca. office. Since I live in San Diego about 15 minutes from San Marcos, and I work during the week in Los Angeles about 10 minutes from Culver City I may have to pay these offices a visit.
The Culver city location 6000 Sepulveda Blvd is a Westfields Mall, Fox Hills Mall. There is no Xchange of America on their web site. There is a company listed called “Foreign Exchnage”.
I will drive by the San Marcos office this weekend.

Also, rememebr that it was Ali that went on a conference call and said anyone who believes in a big RV is on drugs. that was right after Rudy and pals got indicted.

  4. Can't say often enough how much this whole thing is like drug addiction. Dealers, addicts, delusion, deception, obsession. Every element. Hate to admit it but I believed the Ex....,again, when he said he was done with his dinar RV crap. We got back together for 2 weeks. He's in it too deep to hide it. The constant phone calls tweets texts conference calls emails and drop-everything trips to Dallas. When I left him again, just like the addict, he is shocked and can't believe I could put the screws to him so bad...
Folks it's my fault for believing him. Do not minimize the far reaching power of this scam

  5. What's funnier for some yet sad for others is that the sell and buy back prices continue to drop with the dealers. Right now xchangeofamerica sells 1 million dinar for $995 and buys back at $800. In January or maybe even February the buy back price was $860. Some others are buying back at a little higher around $825. Though the official exchange rate of USD to IQD has not moved on pip. I'm betting that these dinar dealers are on target to begin closing doors as they collapse their business onto another dealer and then poof!!!

  6. The latest from Dinar Daddy:

CNN. Broadcasting Rumors About Ur Daddy In The Rumor Section !

I've been hearing some extremely positive information about Iraq lately. I have NO WAY of being able to verify this information, so take it for what it is; nothing more than me sharing what I've heard.
Maliki (Iraq), IMF, US Administration (Obama and backers)… all on SAME page for the first time
100% political… NOT something we can rationalize or explain away or even make sense of (man made event, not a natural occurrence)
Will happen similar to Kuwait where the rate will just APPEAR without fanfare or announcement
Rate is agreed upon by US Administration (more than what they want us to have, but willing to accept due to inability to continue to support Iraq (Obama won’t be able to get Congress to agree to send more money into Iraq while his administration is still unable to pay for Obamacare)
Watch for something to happen as soon as BEFORE Iraqi elections (April 30th)
Maliki needs to increase value of IQD in order to be supported by his party to be placed as Prime Minister once again
Iraqi Dinar bank notes are extremely limited in Iraqi Banks and within the country, which has been verified by more than one credible source, so even if our US administration finds a way to filter large sums of USD to Iraq (to side-step Iraq’s currency going international… “RV”), which would only keep Iraq internationally stagnant, Iraq would still have to coax outside countries who hold Iraq Dinars to sell the currency back to them so they can increase their in-country money supply. This step would counter their last 3-4 years worth of removing their bank notes from their money supply.
I am being told there will be NO NEED TO RUSH to cash-in! Apparently there will be a FIXED RATE for 6-8 months
This is a VERY FLUID, politically charged situation

This was shared with me. If it was written by someone else, I'd place it in the Rumors section of my site. Because I'm Dinar-Daddy, I have my own Tidbits section, so I'll place it there. Again, I have no way of validating any of it, but I'm definitely getting excited!

    Go Dinar!

  8. How is Roger getting away with pumping dinar and selling it?

As far as Roger's connections and sources... let's just remember that for a long time Roger's source and connection, who he protected on his site, was Okie Oil Man.

  9. @Sam I Am: I am curious, how have your website numbers been over the previous 2 to 3 months?

    1. December was my best month ever with over 50,000 views. Each month since the numbers have been lower, but I think April might see a reversal. Today's numbers are very good. The pre-election hype is helping my numbers just like it does the scammers.

  10. Hello everyone! I'm sorry, my comment is not related to this post, but I have to share with you the phone call I just received. Basically, my student who buys dinar and is fixated to everything Tony TNT says, just called me to say that "It happened". Apparently, the BBC made the announcement and the rate is 3.71 to the US dollar. Banks are on lock down, and the employees are sworn to silence until the rates hit the screens here in the US.

Nothing I say will sway him to the truth. Things like "find me the audio, text, or video of the BBC and Ill give you 1,000 dollars" and "TNT is on the verge of going to jail" don't seem to matter to him.

    Enjoy the weekend, everyone!

    1. Nina, I've honestly reached the conclusion that Tony, etc, aren't even "pumping" the Dinar anymore - they're almost conducting a research thought experiment to throw out the most deliberately silly "news" just to see how many fall for it, then keep "pushing the boundary" more and more into the realms of absurdity.

I used to think Tony & others were just scammers, but now I honestly believe even guru's / pumpers are sometimes quietly shocked at just how blinding raw greed truly can be and will try stuff like this purely out of curiosity of who their target audience is and how far they can be pushed. When people worship you as a God whilst you openly mock them and laugh in their face, then you've pretty much succeeded in forming a cult.

You (and everyone else here) have a good weekend too!

    2. As one who has a loved one who hangs on Tonys words I have first hand knowledge and I agree with you. I monitor the things Tony says and they are so outrageous I truly think at this point he is just getting off on it.

  11. US is sending more intelligence officers to Iraq because of increased violence. Yeah this is the REAL reason why the RV must happen now right. We gotta be able to pay the salaries of these intel guys. Gee I wonder if Tony or any of the poo poo gurus have contacts with any of these Intelligence officers going to Iraq??!! (sarcasm of course)

Just watch for any new guru stories. Hey perhaps Obama will sign a 13304 for Americans to own the newly printed dinar. ;-)

  12. So who knows what happened at dinar detectives between the owner and Kaperoni? Couple of days ago Team West makes a post telling everyone Kaperoni will no longer be responding to posts on the site. Then they remove all the mods except three, Stryker being one of them (interesting in itself) and they promptly remove Team Wests post. Now the interesting part is one of the last things Kap posted on was bashing Stryker and now they removed Kap as a mod and made Stryker one.

    1. Apparently Stryker responded to a post Kap made about an IMF article in which he insisted that the IMF wants a real exchange rate as opposed to the (I'm assuming here, based on previous things Stryker has said) artificial rate that they have now. Kap then explained to Stryker the economic definition of a real exchange rate and suggested that he educate himself before making such statements. I guess that didn't sit too well with Stryker so he had the site's owner make a few changes.

  13. What boggles me is that a lot of you people on this site that do not believe this can happen, I also do not believe it will happen, seem to spend a lot of time trolling other Dinar sites. One of those things that make me go “hmmm”.

    1. I post on other sites on occasion, but I don't consider it "trolling". I'm just trying to counter the misinformation that's out there. I think it's human nature to try to warn people when you see danger. There might be some who just get their jollies by arguing and name calling, but I don't think the majority are like that.

    2. Wow lonewolf! How did you get into the dinar? This is the only site you ever go to anymore? The fact you word you're opening sentence with "you people" tells me you think you are better than those who post here. Funny how a non believer uses the word "trolling" as well. That is a term the "go rvers" use when addressing those armed with facts to try and and talk down to them when they upset their dreams. So the question I have, even if people were/are troling, what defines the thing(s) which makes you go "hmmmm"?

    3. I AM USING CAPS ONLY TO DISTINGUISH MY ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

Wow lonewolf! How did you get into the dinar?
HAS NO RELEVANCE TO MY COMMENT

This is the only site you ever go to anymore?
YES IT IS. I ENJOY VERY MUCH WHAT SAM DOES AND POSTS. I DO NOT BELIEVE THERE WILL BE ANY HUGE PAY OUT ANYMORE. AT ONETIME I DID, AS DID MANY OTHERS. SO WHAT IS THE SENSE IN VISITING THOSE OTHER SITES THAT PROMOTE THAT? HENCE MY COMMENT.

The fact you word you're opening sentence with "you people" tells me you think you are better than those who post here.
REALLY!! SERIOUSLY!! THAT IS WHAT YOU GET OUT OF THAT? I COULD SPEND A LOT OF USELESS TIME RESPONDING TO THAT STATEMENT BUT THEN THAT IS WHAT IT WOULD BE, USELESS TIME.

Funny how a non believer uses the word "trolling" as well. That is a term the "go rvers" use when addressing those armed with facts to try and and talk down to them when they upset their dreams.
SORRY THE TERM"TROLLING" WAS AROUND AND USED A LONG TIME BEFORE ANY OF THIS STARTED.

SO YOU ARE CLASSIFYING ME AS "GO RVERS". I MORE THAN LIKELY I WAS A DISBELIEVER BEFORE YOU GOT INVOLVED WITH IT.

      I DISAGREED WITH A FACT?

So the question I have, even if people were/are troling, what defines the thing(s) which makes you go "hmmmm"?
IF YOU HAVE TO ASK YOU MORE THAN LIKELY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND

IF THIS GETS POSTED, AND IF YOU RESPOND TO IT, DO NOT EXPECT ANYMORE RESPONSE FROM ME ON IT

    4. Thanks for the support, lonewolf. As for the "trolling" you referred to, you have to understand that many of these people have been banned, insulted, badgered, and censored for years for simply offering verifiable facts about the dinar. Naturally that causes a certain amount of frustration and resentment. I've tried to keep the discussion civil but at the same time I try to take into consideration where the loppers are coming from, so I tend to cut them a little slack. However, I don't consider it "trolling" to visit other sites and attempt to educate people. All dinar sites should encourage open discussion IMO.

    5. If this is indeed the only site you frequent now, lonewolf, then you would understand that most who have posted here, if not all (excluding yourself obviously because you think you are too good to do so) have brought over posts to this site for several reasons ranging from proving their points or to simply laugh.

As for the "trolling" history lesson, thanks but (and since you like splitting hairs) the comment wasn't intended to suggest the word trolling was introduced and entered into the vocabulary only after the dinar scam started.

If you started on Neno's site then you have a chance to have been in this for as long as I have. However your point was to only suggest you are a long timer and to impose your "self importance" onto someone who challenged you in the hope they hadn't been in this for as long as you.

"IF YOU HAVE TO ASK YOU MORE THAN LIKELY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND"

Another example of thinking you are better than others. Like people wouldn't understand your answer to a simple question. You did do a fine "guruish" way of avoiding to answer the question though.

Watch it now. Don't respond to this or you'll really look like a guru by lying.
